FAQs

Browse the catalog: Anyone is welcome to browse the catalog; however, in order to place bids, you must Sign Up (1st time users).

Sign up to bid: You will be asked to enter only contact information when you sign up to bid. You will NOT need to enter a payment method until the auction closes at 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 2.

  • Important: The software does not carry over registration from year-to-year. If you signed up to bid in last year's auction you'll need to sign up again. Thanks!

Payment: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and checks. When the auction closes, we will send you an email alerting you to your winning bid, and you must click on the link in the email to return to the site and arrange payment for the item. Payment must be received by Wednesday, December 9.

Pickup/Delivery: Items will be available to pick up at the ESD's office in Hillsboro Thursday, December 3, through Friday, December 11: 5825 NE Ray Circle, Hillsboro OR 97124. Let us know if you'd like us to send your item to one of our ESD courier drop off locations (school district main offices and most ESD sites). If an item must be shipped, standard shipping rates will apply.
